Production and manufacturing
Ethical and social Production
Sewing section has process checkers doing 100% check of important process. There are also End line checkers who inspects 100 % of the complete garments, beside process checkers there are Roaming Q.C. who are doing Skip bundle check on bundles passed by the operators, they inspect based on AQL 2.5. We also have Line Quality Controllers who takes daily measurement of the garments and also look after the quality of the garments in the sewing floor.
Fabric - We are working in Indian and Imported woven & Knit fabric , Cotton, Viscose, Linen, Y/D , Silk
Trims - Reliable sourcing of all kind of natural and Man made trims OEKO-TEX® Certified for Apparel
Printing - We are printing and dyeing fabrics with international Standard. All colors are Azo-free.
Embroidery - Computerised Embroidery facility with multi head for quality and efficiency
Washing - Industrial tumbler and washer for washing garment as per clients requirement.
Testing - We have facility for testing fabric and garment for fastness, GSM, content and stability
