Billion Group is a second-largest manufacturer of polyester fiber in China, providing polyester filament products, such as DTY, FDY and POY, different specifications range DTY 30D/48F - 1200D/288F , FDY 20D/36F - 600D/144F and POY 80D/36F - 475D/288F.
We also provide polyester filament products with different and unique characteristics and functions, such as super imitation cotton, which is UV resistance, moisture absorption perspiration, flame retardant, resistance to abrasion, super soft, super light, antibacterial, etc, which is used widely in garments, shoes, home textile and industrial high-class clothes and other textiles.
Until December of 2018, FDY and POY annual production output was 1.295 million tons, DTY was 0.843 million tons, total was 2.138 million tons, which made FUJIAN BILLION POLYMERIZATION FIBER TECH. IND. to be second-largest supplier of polyester fiber in China.
Billion has invested 350 million US dollars in polyester project with annual production capacity of 0.7 million tons, located in PhuocDong Industrial Park, PhuocDong Commune, GoDau District, TayNinh Province, Vietnam. BILLION INDUSTRIAL (VIETNAM) will specialize in polyester chip (PET fiber grade & bottle grade) and polyester yarn (DTY,FDY & POY). This project has been authorized by Chinese and Vietnamese governments. The construction will last one year and is scheduled to be put into pilot production of DTY in the first quarter of 2019. The mass production of polyester chips, FDY and POY will be started in the second half of year 2019.
Billion has the abundant scientific research ability, whose technical center was granted as National High-Tech Center, High-Tech Enterprise. The fiber inspection center was approved by CNAS National Laboratory. At the same time, cooperated with Donghua University to set up Polyester fiber joint research and development technology center to develop new products.
Billion not only passed ISO9001 / ISO14001 / OHSAS18000 international management system certification, and achieved the EU textile products OEKO certification, and got many other honors as well, like Chinese Top 500 Manufacturing, Fujian High-Tech Company etc.
