The ST type is a metallic yarn that is vacuumdeposited
with aluminum or pure silver and then twisted closely at
regular intervals with viscose rayon, polyester, acrylic
fibers, acetate, or other yarn types. This product is dur-
able and wears long, giving a subtle luster effect. It is ge-
nerally used for embroideries, knit cotton fabrics, swe-
aters, interior decorations, accessories, and other fun-
ctional materials.
