Capacity of weaving: The Company has 90,000 sets spindles, automated Italy winder machine and many other imported equipments, such as 450 sets Japan Tsudakoma airjet looms, 350 sets rapier looms, 600 sets shuttle looms. The annual production of all kinds of yarn is 13000 tons and the annual production of all kinds of greige fabric is 50 million meters.

We mainly make fabric for pocketing, lining, shirting, uniform garment, etc. Composition are cotton, TC and polyester.

Finest equipment ensures quality products. In the last five-year plan, we spent heavily to upgrade the whole production line。It make the automation degree and product quality on the leading position of domestic.

1. Upgrade the spinning production line to achieve the best yarn quality and to lay the foundation for us weaving good quality fabric.
2. Replace old shuttle loom with imported air jet loom, which greatly improves the quality of grey cloth.
3. We cooperate with the dyeing factory to invest. In order to upgrade the equipment and reform the finishing process, then so as to achieve the best effect of the finished fabric.
